Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Email address and authentication provider (Apple / Google)
• Chat messages: Messages you send to characters, stored to provide conversation history
• Purchase records: Product ID and subscription status (no payment card data)
• App preferences: Language selection, tutorial progress, music preference

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the app
• To generate AI responses via the Claude API (Anthropic)
• To manage your subscription and Ruby balance
• To display daily login bonuses and conversation history

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase – database and authentication (privacy policy)
• Anthropic (Claude API) – AI response generation. Messages are sent to Anthropic servers to generate replies (privacy policy)
• Apple / Google – in-app purchases and sign-in

4. Data Retention

Chat messages are retained until you reset a conversation or delete your account. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your region you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable law.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.
